That was my first time in Santorini. I love the hotel, the staff, the location, the view, the bath! Everything!

This hotel has a fantastic location, close to everythink. Has a pool, has a great view, sunset view. Has it own privacy.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. We had an amazing room with a balcony overlooking the caldera. The location was great and very central and overall we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend to family and friends!!

We chose this place for our pre-honeymoon and it did not disappoint. Amazing views even from the room, great breakfast served and swimming pool available. The staff was great, we could even check out late as our ferry left only in the afternoon. Thank you!!!!

I stayed in a couple different places across Imerovigli and Fira and this was the most outstanding place, by far.
Lovely location with stupendous views of sunset, the caldera and the city lights. Trust me when I say you wouldn't need to go to Oia to watch the sunset, stepping on the toes of ten million other people
Nicest staff who genuinely care about your experience (and this I say in contrast to two other places I stayed at during my week-long trip in Santorini), very spacious and luxurious room and delicious breakfast.
You're right in the heart of Fira and yet tucked away from the street noises.

This is a lovely property, the location is excellent. Gorgeous caldera views = incredible sunsets. Very comfortable. It was the only place I found that had larger suites with a view of the caldera. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with large bathrooms. Very nice swimming pool area. The views from the terrace in front of our room and the breakfast area are breathtaking. Breakfast was included in our stay and it was delicious! Plenty of food and a good variety. The restaurant downstairs serves delicious dinners and stunning sunset views. The staff is amazing. Ana was so welcoming from the minute we arrived. She checked on us constantly to make sure we were enjoying our stay or if we needed anything. We are definitely returning to this property on our next visit to Santorini.

The included breakfast was exceptional. The staff was probably the biggest highlight! Matina was there for all of our needs and even refunded our first night (because our flight was delayed and we didn’t get in until the following day) which was very kind of them! Matina also gave us an upgraded room. The views can’t be beat.

Everything about my stay was incredible ! The staff were so helpful, the breakfast was great and the room wonderful. I would definitely stay here again. There was an incredible view of the caldera from the room and private terrace. Great cocktails at the hotels bar ! 10/10, can’t wait to return !

Modern and comfortable facilities, very big room with stylish design. Nice caldera views from every corner of the hotel: communal terrace, breakfast floor, restaurant floor, from room not so much as mine had communal terrace in front, but still nice. Bar definitely pricey, 7eur for a 33cl not imported local greek beer. Very young but still friendly and experienced staff.

I loved the location. Situated in the heart of Fira. Beautiful sunset and views. Fantastic location. Close to bars, restaurants and bus station. The bus will take you to Kamari, airport, Oia for 1.60 euro and it's only around 20min ride. Staff was helpful. Rooms cleaned daily. Access to safe locker free of charge, fridge and bottled water. Tv wasn't working but who cares when you are in such a beautiful place. Clean towels. I will be back and definitely staying here. OIA is beautifil but in Fira there's a lot more to do and the towm is lively.

location is great - right in the excitement of it all in Fira! Our room was spacious and had a nice balcony with stunning views of the caldera! Many dining and shopping options literally minutes away. there is a nice bar and swimming pool in the accommodation. The host was friendly and helpful!

great location in fira. lovely pool, bar on site, plenty of places to enjoy the view. we had a little private-ish balcony outside our door! pillows were so comfortable! loved the authentic cave room. the staff was so friendly and helpful as well, they really make the experience.

the location was perfect as it was within the center of Fira which was accessible to almost anywhere you want to go in the city.

Check in staff was great (Mr Poseidon), he even met us at our taxi in night rain. Complimentary waters and slippers were appreciated. View was awesome, sunset was not to be missed. Housekeeping was thorough. No major complaints at all. Breakfast was above average but staff wouldn't let us take breakfast to our room.

There is nothing to fault about this Hotel. Everything is perfect, including the allied Restaurant "Aris" which splits the higher and lower levels of the hotel rooms. You need to be fit to get up and down the steps to the rooms lower on the hillside, but you are rewarded by peace, calm and gorgeous views. The staff couldn't do enough to help, including providing extra bedding as the time of year meant I needed an extra blanket. My copious baggage was carried for me down and up all the steps to my room on check in and check out. The food at the Aris restaurant was to die for (recommend the chicken risotto and baklava). The fridge is stocked and restocked with water, take your own kettle though if you want hot drinks. The room itself was lie my own cave with private patio with view straight over the caldera bay. The "individual" included breakfast in the bar area was fit for a family of 4, and yet there was only me - bread, jam, meats, cheese, omelette, bacon, sausage, greek yoghurt, fruit, cereals, greek salad, and coffee, all delivered to your table. This is a gem of a place, it really is.

We loved everything, the staff could not have been more helpful, both receptionists and the lady that looked after our room everyday (room was spotlessly clean) could not do more to help us with a smile.
The veiw is unbeatable as is the position.
After travelling for 7 weeks, we had a fabulous relaxing holiday at Loucas on the Cliff.
You would be lucky to stay here and we will be envious

We were greeted by an extremely helpful and enthusiastic receptionist who went out of her way to make our stay very special.
The room had it's own balcony with panoramic views of the caldera- spectacular!
The room had original character with curved walls like a clifftop cave.
Breakfast was fabulous and more than we could eat.

Well, words are inadequate to describe this place - sensational location with room overlooking what has to be one of the most stunning views anywhere in the world! Staff exceptional, sunsets awesome, close to everything, just can't speak highly or recommend Loucas enough, go for it!

Fantastic location on cliff , good view of sunset. Breakfast in bar overlooking the blue sea, staffs were nice especially Alexandra in the reception was like long term friend . lots of good restaurants within walking

The view and the sunsets were absolutely amazing. Great pool and rooms. A special mention to Martina and Irene who really stood out as fabulous managers.

The view from the hotel and particularly our room, spectacular. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and attentive. The on-site Aris Restaurant also had great views and at a very convenient location. Their food & service was very good too. The hotels proximity is a short walk to Fira (Thera) Town.

Excellent location! The Superior and Executive rooms were perfect for our family. Clean, updated, huge patio with amazing sunset views. Breakfast was wonderful and the pool was a perfect spot to cool off. Alexandra and the staff were extremely helpful in organizing shuttles. Highly recommend!

Very fast and unproblematic check-in, although I booked the room only 15 minutes before my arrival. Great pool overlooking the impressive caldera, cozy room with this view as well. The breakfast couldn't offer a better selection, various and super delicious, served by lovely staff. Top concierge service!

We ate here on the last day at the advice of some friends. Glad we did. The view was matched only by the food and the service. Delicious. Spectacular view of the volcano. And when we were cold from the wind they grabbed breach towels and used some pegs to clip or to our clothing to keep us warm as it was a very windy day! Squid and swordfish was mouth watering. Will eat again If we are ever in Greece again.

I am returned from Santorini island i was there from July 13 to July 23. basically, i was in perivol. hotel at the black sandy beach but what is santroni without Fira or Oia? so before trip i asked is ti possible to swim and refresh in capitol or Oia during vacation i was told that in Oia at Lioyerma pool cocktail bar is possible to swim, enjoy at sunset and also at rocks in ammoudi bay I was there. Way to rock to swim at ammoudi bay is risky but i did it. Fira At ARIS RESTAURANT A GOT GOOD DINNERS i notice pool view from aris taverna Its a Loucas pol hotel politely asked for short swim ( when no one guest were at pool and its was possible the central caldera view from Loucas hotel is the best. beleive me several times i visited that beautiful place and i had the best memories. thank for loucas hotel. i will come again

HOTEL: This hotel was great. I cannot speak more highly about it. I have never left a review, but it was such a great experience that I signed up just so I could sing their praises. Not only was the staff so welcoming and friendly, they were also so accommodating. They upgraded my room to a remodeled room and it was awesome. The view was breathtaking and the way the room was situated, you woke up looking at the ocean and volcano. The room was a traditional cave room and it was clean with great, modern amenities. It had amazing water pressure in the shower and the tub was heaven in itself. It was decorated very simple, classy and authentic with a modern twist. I loved the red pop in the furniture. The only downfall for those that need constant Internet connection was the lack of wifi in the room, but that didn’t bother me. CRYSTAL BAR: & ARIS RESTAURANT: The bar was cool with a spectacular view of the volcano and sunset. There was an upper deck, comfy lounging chairs and had an overall great vibe. There was a hip DJ that played every night and the bartender was adorable. The breakfast that is included was delicious. It was easy and the waiter and chef were so friendly. I loved the poached eggs. STAFF:I have never been to another hotel where the staff cared so much about making sure their guests were happy. My flight was cancelled due to the strike so they helped me contact the airline and even let me stay an extra night. If you need any recommendations on what to do on the island or where to eat, ask for George and he will steer you in the right direction! My trip to Santorini was extra special because I stayed at this hotel. The staff and room were beyond my expectations. I’d go back in a heartbeat. Thank you guys!!

We had an adventure getting here the taxi driver drops you to the nearest inlet stop about a 10 min walk to the hotel. 12 to 18 euros taxi ride, then u drag your luggage if possible travel light. The reception desk service very friendly. Penelope and George excellent advice and service. They went out of their way to make our stay great. I have issues with my knees and they upgraded us to a superior room. Beautiful views and very modern. WiFi works out on the restaurant side. Doesn't work in the room. Niko the chef full of smiles in the morning. Overall my stay was great. Location is in the heart of the town. Bus station 7 min walk.

Hotel's location is at a great spot just five minutes on foot from Thira center. The room was amazing with a great caldera view, cozy and relaxing. Staff was really helpful and pleasant. we really enjoyed our stay there!

This is a very centrally located hotel,The room was clean, comfortable spacious and had an excellent bed. The room, location and breakfast were all great - but the staff makes this place really special, they were friendly, helpful and fun to chat with. The view was astonishing, the sunset from my private balcony unique

The view was amazing!! My husband and I stayed at Loucas on the Cliff on our honeymoon, and the stay exceeded our expectations by far! Matina gave us a room with a spa bath and filled the bed and bath with roses and rose petals, upon arrival. We were also given wines and fresh fruit. Matina was fantastic, as was the rest of the team including, Lena, George, Giannis and Dimitri. George made an amazing breakfast for us every morning... the whole staff was incredible and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Also... I cannot even express how amazing the view was... you have to see it to believe it. 10/10 in every way!
